The fun of diving starts when you enter a dive course so let Dreamtime Divers take you on a PADI diving adventure. A PADI Open Water Course is the first level of scuba certification and includes the basics of enjoyable safe diving, all with your own personal highly trained PADI Dive Instructor.

You will walk away from this course thinking this is the best experience you have ever had and will be amazed at the life you have witnessed with your new found knowledge.

We begin with some basic knowledge development and then into the pool for some skills. We alternate between the pool and classroom completing 5 confined water (pool) dives in a stress free environment that equips us with all the skills needed to tackle the big pool - The Great Barrier Reef.

The fun you have during these sessions makes learning a snap as we firmly ingrain the safety principles and practices of diving.

I guarantee you will not be rushed and you will in fact, design your own course as I fit into your schedule and your timeframe. The result is quality training that you won't find at other dive stores.

YOUR COURSE INCLUDES
• Your Own Personal PADI Instructor to teach you the sound principles of safe diving. You will also gain the benefit of 15 years of local experience as you receive detailed reef ecology information to enable you to thoroughly appreciate the amazing world you are about to enter.
• Five Knowledge Development Sessions (Approx 1.5 hours each) to establish the foundations of safe and responsible diving. These sessions are totally flexible and you decide when it suits you, day or night (No need to take time off work).
• Five Confined Water Pool Dives (Approx 1 hour each) to establish the basic skills in a relaxed stress free environment. Relax, this is at your own pace and there is no waiting in a production line of students. Once again, these sessions are totally flexible and can be completed in your pool, my pool or a public pool. The choice is yours.

Your Requirements: A current Dive Medical (less than 12 months old) 2 Passport photos for your certification card Ability to swim 200 metres

Although individual personal training is normally provided, couples may choose to train together or, alternatively, a group of friends may join together. The concept is more in tune with chartering an instructor rather than filling places on a production line type course, although group pricing to a maximum of four people is available on request.
